The Educational Learning Coach (ELC) is a certified individual who assists administrators, educators, parents and organizations  with completing their daily tasks. The amount of assistance depends on the needs and abilities to complete work independently.

 

The Educational Learning Coach (ELC) will be actively involved with the administrators, teachers, support staff, students and individuals spending an average of 3-6 hours each day to assist in the daily operations to meet the demands of School Performance Improvement or Daily Life and Career Skills Challenges.

During a typical day, week, month or year the Educational Learning Coach will provide hands-on collaborative support.
