The partnership is geared toward supporting administrators, teachers parents, individuals and community organizations with a range of experience by providing direct coaching support.
Teachers receive their own personal professional development from our certified Educational Learning Coach (ELC), including strategies to help them solve important teaching challenges related to decreasing student achievement gaps, creating opportunities for deeper student collaboration and communication, and fostering students’ creative thinking skills.

Individuals receive personal life skills training, from our Certified Life Coach (CLC), including strategies that help empower them by creating opportunities for financial, social emotional, career, parental and personal development.
I have a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education from Piedmont College, Demorest, Georgia.

My mission is helping administrators, educators, parents and communities break the cycle of frustration and fatigue in their quest for assisting young minds in their educational development. Understanding the challenges that Education Professionals are facing, I was inspired to create an innovative approach to bring more work, life balance to those on the front-lines. I can definitely relate to the challenges of putting in an absorbent amount of energy and time creating interactive learning environments; immersing students in different types of cultural and learning discoveries rooted in real-world experiences; inspiring them and preparing them to become life-long learners; only to be inundated with the overwhelming demands of how to actually implement our passionate pursuits as educators, administrators, mentors and parents. Especially with limited resources, time and support.
